The responsibilities of International Cultivars Registration Center for Osmanthus (ICRCO)
1. That the ICRCO abides by the lastest edition of the International Code of Nomenclature for Cultivated Plants in the registration of cultivar and Group epithets.
2. Professor Xiang Qibai is the International Registrar of the ICRCO .
3. That the ICRCO provides an annual report of its activities to the ISHS Commission for Nomenclature and Cultivar Registration.
4. That the ICRCO provides the Commission with an example of its application form to register new cultivar and Group epithets.
5. That the ICRCO provides the Commission with a copy of any publication associated with the International Register (Checklists, Registers, Supplements).
6. That the appointment be subject to 4year review by the commission. |
